Additional 4 speaker upgrade

Featured Replies

When I bought my 2012 Aygo the sound system was so poor I had to have a sub fitted under the passenger seat.

On ordering my Citigo SE Elegance I specified the four speaker upgrade option, still expecting it to be pretty naff.

How surprised am I, lol. The sound quality, while obviously not hifi, is actually at least as good as my Aygo with the sub. In fact the Citigo tweeters sound much better - pretty excellent playing streamed music from my mobile phone via bluetooth - nice and crisp without the tizz normally heard from music played via bletooth. The Aygo tweeters were a bit harsh and ragged, the Citigo nice and smooth. The bluetooth connection standard defaults to 128kbps so a tizzy treble is normally expected. Getting decent bass too.

The £90 for the upgrade is well worth it IMO.

I thought the same. Had an SE and ordered the upgrade but it never got done. Put in 2 1000w 6x9's and a sub in boot to make it nice.

Got my Elegance yesterday with the upgrade and was surprised how good it actually sounds  !!

Definitely worth doing, good value too.

For the cost it's a no brainer

Is it possible to get it retrofitted?
