My dealer ordered me a touch up stick for my Octavia, it's the wrong colour. What's the best way to get the correct colour code from them/to them?

Is it in my handbook? It's an 09 silver, brilliant silver according to the dealer, but not according to my car :-(

There should be sticker under the boot carpet with lots of numbers and letters on it. If you post a ohoto of it somebidy will be able to tell you which one is the paing code.

Your dealer can access all the relevant data for your car - including paint code - via its VIN and should have done so to identify the right colour. The vehicle data sticker for my car shows the paint number as 1026. The car data information for my car which I asked the dealer to print out for me shows the exterior colour code as 9P/9P - Candy White. It is that latter code which I believe you need.
