Hi

 

My dealer has just rung me up a couple of hours ago to tell me that my Octavia has disembarked at North Shields, and should be at the Dealer's tomorrow in Cramlington. (I'll go and pick it up if they want, as it is only about 6 miles from the port to the dealer! It would only take me about 25 mins from home to port and 15mins return to the dealer.)

 

I will pick it up on Tuesday.

 

It has taken about 11 weeks from order to collection, (ordered on the 7/3/14) which didn't seem to be as long a wait, as the last 3 weeks from build in week 18 to arriving in the UK.

 

I have one question to the sages on this forum: Is the USB socket powered with 5v and if it is, could I run my TomTom One from it instead of the cigarette Lighter?

 

Any replies would be most welcome.
