Hi all,

My car is skoda octavia 2011 1.6L,

I drove my car to work ,every thing going well ,after 6  hours later,when I started the car,it's doen't start(cranking but no engine start).

After that warning lights come up in instrument cluster

1-Traction Control System(TCS)

2-Control system for Exhaust.

I checked the vechicle status in dashboard,I found one error TCS

I removed the negative cable of the battery for one hour ,and connected again without any result

I checked all fuses in engine Bay and all fuses in driver panel all seens OK.

Also changed the battery with good working one with any results.

I checked the car with Vag com,Engine control can't be reached

and checked Auto trans, ABS and can gateway all points to one error

At a quick glance I'm going to say low battery voltage given all the canbus communication errors.

if that scan result is after you removed the battery then those faults relate to the battery being disconnected.

 

clear all those faults and try again, and see what returns.

Thank you for replying...I am already replaced the battery with good working order battery with no result...

I am also log into measuring block 125 which belongs to canbus communication, I find ECU 0(offline),ABS,Airbag and instrument 1(online)

may be something in power circuit of ECU or Shoot ECU or something in Control system for Exhaust making ECU fail to start!!!!

in Auto trans, ABS,Cent. Elect. and can modules...Engine module missing..

 Hi there,

May i have probably taken out a fuse and put it back in the wrong slot. can you give me  Fuse locations diagram for engine and dash panel.
I am saying that because I am restting the car by pulling out negative terminal for 40 minutes, i notice the  Control system for Exhaust warning light come back after 5 seconds...

I mean control unit checkings components for starting engine ,when it finds error ,it's goes offline.

I am surprising that no ignition fuse in engine fuse panel ,Is that normal?!!!
