Check out the differnce in diameter to the OEM one, will this have any negative/positive impact.

Warey to fit this tbh at present!

The standard one will help to speed up the air for sure. But once mapped and running larger turbos it'll end up a restriction

I fitted the dark side one, car already mapped when standard coupler was used. Did I notice any difference? spooling noise maybe slightly louder and that was about it.

Who did you buy the coupler off and what size mate?

Ah fair enough, I was going to buy theirs but it was around £50 del.

I got mine off eBay for £22 del

I've only bought it because my ones worn out and have oil seeping out from the connector lugs (common problem)

There's a thread somewhere

I posted a pic up about these a while ago, had three side by side to compare sizes. :)

Ah nice one!

I think it's safe to put on then

Any ideas how to remove the old one and fit this, looks like it's going to to awkward to remove without any bent nose pliers :-(

How about if I push the retaining clips in with flat head screwdriver?

Any tips would be great!

Cheers

Sweet, looks like the Forge one is massive! Did you test them all? If so, which was your fave? :-)

I have couplers from ebay. Like forge with massive holes

I have fmi from evo and along with 60mm piping. I get lot lpwer intake temps and also resonates quite abit

I have no idea what I'm doing lol

How do I disconnect the coupler?!

I assume it's something to do what that clip that's sticking out?

Please help! :-D

Pull thw clio out

doable with fingers or a screwdriver

you will feel the clip settle as it cones out 2 cm then you can slide pipe off. May require some waglling

if you studdy whats going on as you pull it. All will become clear

Sorted! Thank you very much :-)

FYI - just driven 120 miles and power delivery in the higher gears seems a little better.

Indeed you can also hear the turbo spool up slightly better

All in all, worth £22 IMO

Yep, I was sceptical at first, but the quality is ok and delivery faultless

I've bought quite a bit off them now and they have been good with me as well, dan must have just got unlucky :(

I take it yours is the 50-51mm coupler? That's the one I have for the turbo and was unsure if it was the right one ha

Indeed 50-51mm - yeah looks like unfortunately.

the quality is ok and delivery faultless
