I fitted some H&R lowering springs to my Vrs and now who do I go to to have the wheel alignment? I phoned kwick-fit, halfords and ATS and all of them said they carnt do it.

You had a lucky escape their,  for once they told the truth 'they can not do it',  

they are mostly hopeless.

so that someone can maybe suggest someplace that can check your Alignment and Adjust it.

That link above in post #2 is very limiting for choice, certainly in Scotland where there are dozens of good places, but only a handful show on there.
