I'm going to be changing from JOM coil overs to standard suspension. Bored of dodging every little pot hole and scraping on speed bumps. Will standard springs fit onto JOM shock absorbers to save me buying new ones. Thanks

fronts - no.  rear springs will fit but you may end up with wierd handling if the spring and damper are not matched, also the damper may not work well at the stock height.

 

why not just raise the ride height on the joms?

To be honest completely over looked that. I'm going to give it a go tomorrow hopwfully
