When I download the Sky Go app it works fine until I turn off, I then get a picture but no sound, so delete app and start again perfect till I switch off. Any ideas, Thanks in advance

Works fine with my Hudl, which is also Android so not sure what is causing your problem

Are you rooted?

I use SKY GO with a 10.1 Galaxy Note 2014 edition (or whatever the ruddy heck it's called!) and it works 100% fine

I'll assume no then. The sky apps won't work on rooted devices. Neither do most bank apps, TV subscription services, and some other apps.
