Is it possible to fit climate control unit to a standard dial type unit and would it be expensive to do if t can be done.

 

I am looking to get the car a bit better as Im doing 400 to 500miles a week

 

Also it doesn't have an arm rest or electric rear windows.

Would like an arm rest.

Armrest is very possible though, there's a few of us that have done it now. Getting the parts for a reasonable cost might be an issue (I was very patient with ebay) but you should still be able to get everything straight-forwardly from a dealer if required. See link in my sig for details.
