Picked her up on Friday after waiting five months, which I know is a lot better than some people on here. I can honestly say it was worth the wait.

I got a firm in to apply the 3M paint protection before I picked her up from the dealers and they were supposed to of tinted the windows at the same time, but they ran out of time,so hopefully that is going to happen this week.

Went down to castle Combe on Saturday to the vw track day, so had a decent run with a mix of motorway and A roads and I'm quite impressed with the ride and toys.

I also got a VRS button

£349 plus vat I think he said, I haven't paid him yet as he couldnt get the tints done in time, there getting done next Wednesday.

You have the same colour as I have on ordered, mine was at Grimsby yesterday, not sure if it has moved yet.

It just 3M clear film applied to front to help against paint chips and scratches. Obviously noticeable when close, but not visible from 2-3 meters away.

as steve said its basically a clear wrap applied to the front bumper, headlights, part bonnet and wings, A pillairs, backs of the mirrors and I had a strip on the rear bumper to protect from scratches. I mate has it on his RS3 and has covered 30,000 so far with no damage. fingers crossed I have the same

thanks, I have to say the more I drive it the more impressed I am. I didn't get to sit in or test drive one before I ordered.
