Saving a ZIP file

Morning folks :)

 

Can someione tell me where im going wrong in trying to save a ZIP file? I have recieved an email from a client with a dropbox link for a ZIP file, if i save it i cant find where it is being saved in a temp folder, when i click open from the initial link it says its opening but i cant see it! Im prob going wrong somewhere as i dont have much dealings with ZIP files!

 

Any help greatly appreciated.

click 'Start' then 'documents' then look on the left for 'downloads'. Open downloads and see if it's hiding in there :)

Manged to get it open with the help of my IT guy who was passing by the office.....no matter what we did it would not open or save!!....Problem seems to be with IE not liking it so manged to open it no prob in google chrome :)

    I find now adays Chrome is the best browser and supported by all.
