Warning Light

Featured Replies

Hi all, anyone please tell me what this warning light is?

Happened this morning.

Bit of background. Took the passenger side rear wheel off last night  to get refurbed and have the spare on today.

Thanks in advance.

Phil.

Tyre pressure monitor? Well if it's a space saver spare it will do that! Don't worry about it

Thanks very much. Will I need to reset when I put the alloy back on? If yes, how do I reset please?

It is not a case of 'dont worry about it'.

If you change tyres, or tyre pressures you need to reset the TPMS.

You set the pressures then Press the TPMS button and reset.

Sometimes best you check the system is working as well.

It is good that yours is working.

Always worth reading the Owners Manual.

Thank you. I will have a read to see where the TPMS button is located.

It is beside the Hand Brake.

Press and hold, for 2 seconds, Test & Reset.

You see on the Dash & Hear it.

In fact when the light came on, I think it also says "Check Tyres!" on the Maxidot....with the same logo but bigger?

Thanks lads. Info is much appreciated.

i could be wrong here but it worked for me, press and hold the button, turn on ignition till all dash lights come on but dont start and then wait a few seconds for a beep, it will then be gone

It is gone because you have set it as it now is. So if you have an odd tyre pressure and tyre size. That is what it is set to recognise as ok.

I'll give it a try when I get my alloy back.
