I would like to know if its safe to clean turbocharger and manifold in ultrasonic cleaner.

 

I am thinking to clean mi manifold and mi friends turbo but just need to know if it can cause any damage to turbo especially.

He's taking the mick,

due to old threads about using mr muscle oven cleaner as an internal cleaning method, which he disagrees with,

even though a lot of people across various VAG forums have used it...

 

AS for the US cleaner? i dont know, smarter people will be along shortly

2003 (53 reg plate). Mi mate has got same engine and year. I think engine code AHC but not sure with this.
