Does anybody know where I can get a nice twin pipe exhaust from? at decent price?

I have just had a SS back box with 2 pipes. Very pleased, it was fitted at my local "Powerflow" dealer. They custom make the exhaust to you requests. I have used them a number of times before and been very pleased. Charged me £150. I am thinking of them doing one for my vRS, as having an exhaust fetish, I HATE the dummy twin exhausts!!

Sweet, thanks Id just like a twin pipe that sounds nice not too loud but has a nice sound too it, yeah I hate the stick on pipes aswell

But as my car is only months old I dont want to ruin it or anything to go wrong

You're going to have to cut the rear valence or see if a vRS one fits that has the cutout already there.

If you make a hash of it it's going to look crap or some end boxes have a downward bend in it the lets the pipes exit under the valence but these look crap as well as they're too low.

The RS tailpipes are very nice and very well built. You could also pick the sport edition tail pipe.

Whatever you do though cut the bumper as Gaz very well explained.

I want a twin pipe exhaust system so ill have to get it cut out by someone else as i dont want to make a hash of it

Mine sets just below the valance, and looks fine. You could always keep the old back box if you then want to change it back!

He problem is I am off to France on Monday in the vRS and also I don't know how to post photos on here!! But if you pm me your email address, I will pop outside and take a couple of photos. If you like them post them on the forum?

As I said it cost me £150 and it does sound nice and fruity - but not boy racer - I am too old for that!!

I think it needs a cut out in the bumper.

Looks like its just been bodged on without it. Will look a lot more like it belongs there if it had a cut out IMO.

sure. but its just for now. im going to make it look like stock again, bending them downwards and hiding them behind bumper

just didnt have the time at that point
