Aftermarket Add-on's

Featured Replies

Hi everyone

We are picking up our skoda fabia 1.4 TDI 3 (2007) tomorrow and excited to see what features I can add to it.

our criteria & wants were basically

cheap to run/tax

4 door

Air con

Ipod connect

Parking sensors

Built in sat nav

So it definitely covers a lot of them and adds things like cruise control (not sure if I would use it?)

All that is missing is the built in sat nav, am I right in saying the Columbus would be the way to go with this? is it a simple take out existing unit and place the Columbus in its place? This would probably cover the ipod connect too (though it does have aux in already)

Anything else that is easy to add in to improve the gadget/comfort side of things?

Cheers! :D

I've got a pioneer unit in mine that Carl had put in beforehand, just finished hacking around with it now too. Full up to date maps including lane guidance, compatible with all navteq maps, or if you want you can run tomtom or garmin or iGo on it, Bluetooth and iPhone 5 compatibility now, and even obd2 connection to do real time reading from a Bluetooth obd2 dongle. The model number is an F9110BT, but any F-series would work with my hacked SD card.
