has anyone (else) experience zero response to incremental/slow throttle input.

Featured Replies

Pulling out of the concrete floored shed yesterday evening, car only parked for 30min after returning from work.

Nattering to the wife while watching the pups did not get squished.

On a very very slight down-with too as it happens.

When yet again I found my foot creeping down on the throttle pedal, while the rev counter did not respond.

Took me a second or so to realize, then;

I pushed it a bit furthur, and then held my foot absolutly stationary, while shifting the selector from drive to neutral.

The engine revs virtually instantly rose to 2000, from 1000/tickover, WITHOUT moving my foot on the throttle pedal.

IS this ONLY DSG related behavouir, or is there an issue with the throttle pentiometer.

Shows up as a "gateway communication failure" or somesuch.
