I helped a guy with a Bolero

who had a similar issue. Might be worth checking your part numbers against these.
 
He was told that an update for the Maxidot (he also had an issue with things not displaying correctly there) would resolve it, which it didn't. The dealer also told him about an update to the Bolero, which they could not get to apply as it wouldn't take it.

Final resolution was to swap the BT module for a different version. That did work on the Bolero (but not the Maxidot).
 
Not the best of news or a definite solution. Sorry. But worth investigating a firmware update to the Bolero.
