Seeing as the weather has been a lot warmer recently, has anyone else experienced the following...

 

Around 1k-2k revs at low speeds and when pulling away there is a clear rattle that I cannot seem to locate. There was a mention of the fuel pipes in the conduit at the RH back of the engine bay being unsecure a while ago and also the clutches in the gearbox a la a Ducati dry set-up. The noise appears to exaserbated by heat.

 

Car seems to behave completely normally so am hoping it will be cured when in for its service due to 'simply' being a pipe or similar.

Is it just the well documented 'cattle grid' noise that some get from the DSG ?

Are you aware of it in the hot weather because you have the window open?
