Felicia drivers door lock wanted

Sorry, I should have put this in my last post...

 

As well as a headlight we also need a drivers door lock.  The barrel just spins and after taking the door apart and finding the cam pieces in the bottom I ordered a replacement cam piece.  I cannot get the lock to work and there are no instructions anywhere on how to fix this particular lock.  I've come to the conclusion that we need a new lock.  If anyone is breaking a Felicia (2001) or is willing to sell such an item please get in touch.

I got a whole new lock, made to fit the key, from Sherlodge for about £18.

 

I might have a barrel at home that could be used to pinch parts from.

 

Worst case (and a cheap "plan b") you can swap the lock from the passenger side.

Thank you.  £18 isn't too bad but he'll have to save his pennies I guess!  I tried and tried with the cam but I just couldn't get it to work and then spent about three hours trying to get those annoying anti-theft guards back in place before I skinned several knuckles and threw them across the garage!  

 

If you have a VW there are tutorials everywhere for fixing the problem but the lock isn't the same.  Seems strange when it's apparently such a common problem there are no instructions!  I may end up swopping the passenger barrel over but it is quite entertaining watching him go out to the car and 'discovering' for the squillionth time that the door lock doesn't work

I have some locks and headlights kicking around.... and can sort the locks out...
