hi can any one help me out herei have 09 oct cant get my phone to pick up my bluetooth in car the box box for bluetooth media is ticked but cant get etheir to pick up any advice  thanks sorry ment bluetooth audio

Do you know what part number your BT module is? (It should be under the driver's seat)

Had a we look under seat there is one sticker over another took a few pics will try to get them up later

What is head unit sorry don't nothing about cars only how to drive them and that is questionable lol

Head unit = stereo e.g. Columbus, Stream, Amundsen, etc.

The only head unit with built in BT is some of the Amundsen+ units.

Sounds like it's not working because you don't have a BT module fitted!

you'll need a module under the seat for that. You can pick them up on eBay, but it's not cheap
