Which notches do you count for the head gasket?

It has three large holes on the left and two small holes on the right, I'm fairly sure it's the two smaller holes but just checking.

Also...

What torque (in nm) do people go to when fitting the pd150 arl head bolts?

I've seen people fit them but abit pointless if your tightening them to the specified torque anyway. (40nm 60nm 90 deg 90 deg)
