remap options

Featured Replies

i am trying to work out the best way to  get my car done, i want to jump to stage 2 straight away and i have been asking different garages locally about the prices, parts etc. I have just got another quote for £860 for dv valve + stage one with revo software. now i am trying to understand this because i have got another quote from a garage that was recommended here for £250 for remap without DV and similar results? im wondering why revo would be this much more even ex valve? i know prices vary from dealer to dealer but is that revo this much better?

Depends on who is supplying the cheap remap. Consider the possibility of it not quite working how it was intended, can it be fixed. You probably can't go wrong with revo as a product though search these forums for opinions on their customer service. I'm one of the skoda majority it seems that have had shark remaps. Twice now, and likely the first phone call I'd make when I change my car next.
