Anyone know how to get the "near black" satin spray paint for the 2011 Octavia Scout moulded plastic trim ?  Dealer supplied the metallic body paint even though they knew it was for the bumper then said "sorry we can't supply this" !  Halfords said "get the code & we'll make it up for you" so I got the code "79G" from the dealer and asked Halfords and 3 other paint shops - all said that it doesn't exist on their charts. Tried ringing Skoda but they referred me back to the dealer. Tried Halfords generic bumper paint & a couple of others but nothing is close.

Very irritating as these 'scuff panels' have got scuffed & they're white underneath the top coat, it's an easy job to rub them down and respray if you can get the paint & a damn site cheaper than the replacement panels from the dealer (quoted over £300 for replacing the scuffed ones !)

 

Anyone got any ideas ?
