A few bolts behind the tweeter, you need to remove the door card first.

Much easier to do than you think, there's a guide on how to remove door cads in the ICE section and the tweeter cover simply slides out

BTW, slightly thread hijacking, do MK5 Golf Mirrors fit, I've seen one in a scrap yard the same colour as mine, but mine has a few marks on.
