Hello. I was considering having a play around with the android app Torque. Will the Elm 327 mini work on the octavia 3. Is the port under the steering wheel?

Can anyone recommend another dongle as an alternative?

Most will work fine, but if you want real time read outs you'll need to go for a more expensive like the Scantool LX..

Thanks thought the 327 mini according to the youtube vids. It shows instant readout, revs etc.

I have a 12 quid one off eBay and use it with the android app 'torque' it will give live sensor data such as rpm, temperatures, boost pressure etc and much more

They do, but they have lag, so revs, speed, etc are not instant
