Hi,

 

I am Tom From Wellingborough, Northants and I have recently bought my self a mk2 Fabia vRS. I absolutely love the car and it is so discreet that people don't realize what has just passed them. It has certainly surprised a few people.

 

I have had fast cars in the past including Fiesta STs, Focus STs, Corsa VXR but this feels the quickest by far.

 

The first thing I need to address is the ride height as it looks like it is ready to go ploughing.

 

I am looking to do some simple modifications to it like exhaust, ride height, brakes ARB and spruce up the interior.

 

Will post some pics up when I get a few minutes.

Hello and Welcome Tom! 

Today I did my first run to work after a couple of days off and it is averaging around 47mpg on my 24 mile commute. Compared to my old corsa it was averaging 37 and htta was a 1.2.

 

I also fitted my mudflaps last night which I believe is a must, makes the car 'complete'. Next modification on the cards is to lower and possible a miltek exhaust to liven up the exhaust note.

 

all in all a big thumbs up.
