Greetings from East Kilbride.

I just replaced my 2004 Peugeot 206SW 1.4HDI with a Fabia Estate Greenline II.  The 206 had a published combined cycle of 64mpg.  On it's first 3 tankfuls (early summer) it averaged 62.7 mpg and over the 10 years and 78k miles that I did it averaged 59.6mpg.  The Fabia turned in 59mpg on it's first tankful.  I'm a bit disappointed with this.  Do these engines need a while to free up?  What's been other folk's experience with the Fabia GL II?
