I would appreciate if someone could give me some advice on how to remove the inlet manifold to access the spark plugs and injectors on my AZJ 2.0l engine.

 

I am mechanically minded having rebuilt alfa engines but this is new to me.

Haynes is never very user friendly. Haven't found picture illustrations of my engine in this book.

 

Has anyone got a good guide with illustrations or even photos?
