wet applied top up

Just a quick query to see if there is any recommendation for a hand applied spray on top up that can be used after rinsing but not total drying and that doesn't need a buff off.

A long time ago I had a bottle of wax it wet and did think of trying it or autoglym aqua wax or valet pro citrus going. My theory is my cars don't get polished that often so an easy to apply quick top up each wash will help.
