Year old today

Featured Replies

I've had this terrific car for exactly a year today. Just clicked over to 17,000 miles today as well.

Wife and I love its comfort, versatility, adequate performance and economy. 42mpg overall, cheap insurance.

Previously I was in car hire, so have had/driven too many cars to remember. Always enjoy Yeti, indeed driven it for four hours today..

Maybe, if money was no object, would really want a 170 diesel 4x4 but have to be sensible.

Like all the gadgets on the Elegance e.g. Xenon lights, lumber seat comfort, etc

Still a bit sore about the positioning of MDI connection for i-pod. Better security and convenience if it was in armrest/box like the 'aux in' fitted as standard. Minor but annoying.

Early 1st birthday party on Monday when Muscovado Yeti mate popped in - see photo.

Looking forward to a few more years/miles together.post-56007-0-42738100-1406835261_thumb.jpg

Hi awfabia, I have owned my Yeti for two years now and have driven it for a little over 27,000km or 17,000 miles. You do more miles than me in the Yeti, however because my wife only drives her car locally, I use it for some longer drives and clock up about 8000km or 5000miles each year in it. Like you, I have driven many cars (maybe not so many), for example; I have owned 12 different cars and have driven as many company cars, but always enjoy driving my 1.8 DSG Yeti and still smile when driving it!

Mine has done 10,000 miles in 4 months - I hope to give it an easier time the rest of the year but still expect it to be well past 20,000 miles at 1 year old.

The Yeti is the 25th car I have owned!
