DVD Player

Featured Replies

I am looking for a multi format DVD player. It ideally needs to play Div-x, X-Vid, MKV, Ogg Vorbis etc does anyone know of one??? I am sick of looking on the net now.

I have a kiss dp500 player. It plays everything and is upgradable. Just download the image burn it to cd and stick it in. Instant new supported formats. Also mine has an ethernet port on the back so can hook it up to the network and play files straight off my pc through the network.

Heres their website

Was looking at the KISS DP 1500. I watch a lot of Japanese stuff so need MKV for subtitle support, although the PC hook up does look like a plus.

It's wonderfull stuff. Whe I first got it I tyold everyone how it's probably the best "gadget" I have ever bought. I still believe it rates as one of my top three purchases. The network function is just awesome when you have loads of media on your pc theres no hassle in watching them on the tv. Also for viewing your digi photos aswell in slideshows to show people stuff when they come round and the fact that it also can stream web radio so gives you thousands of radio stations to listen to.

I should work for them I think

Have a look in Argos, they had one in for
