having a scout around saw oil catch tanks for sale was wondering if it was worth getting one for my vrs do they help? any one have one fitted?

Not sure if it will make much difference, don't really know the full in's and out's of the oil recirc system.

 

However I did pull the intake pipe off the front of my Turbo the other day out of curiosity and I found the turbo Intake had oil in it as well as the pipe that had just come off it. I know there is one of the oil breather pipes that attaches to this plastic intake pipe so I presume this is where its coming from. Not sure if anyone else has noticed this? If you need pictures I can try and pull it off some other time

I will add though that it wasn't saturated with oil... Just a light coating of the turbo intake, enough to change the colour of the metal

If it was a diesel I'd understand but not worth it at all on a petrol.
