I've used Adrain Flux for the past 4 years for my Fabia & the Mrs Octavia and had no issues at all, great service and great prices. I used them again via their Bikesure insurance company for my motorcycle, again the same great service until now. 

 

I took out the policy for my bike 2 months back, I needed to send my no claims proof and DL, however, after a month I still haddnt had my DL back from DVLA, phoned them and they said it wasnt an issue, they'll extend my deadline for sending them back, if it still wasnt back, ring them again and they'll extend it again.

 

I finally received the driving licence last week (7 weeks, thanks DVLA!), got a copy of it and went on to totally forget about it. My fault entirely, cant blame anyone for that. This morning I get an email through telling me the policy has been cancelled and I owe them £100. ****! I obviously remember at this point my letter sat in my work bag waiting to be posted.

 

Phoned them up to explain and ask for a days extension and I'll get it faxed to them this afternoon only to be told no, they wont restart the policy. They'll happily quote me for a new policy after I've paid the £98 for this one to be cancelled. No leeway, no budging. Fantastic! 

 

Having spent nearly £5000 with Flux over the past 4 years I'm to put it mildly, absolutely frothing, hopefully someone on here from Flux can help, I know it was my own stupidity that caused the problem, but trying to force me to start a new policy and pay the old one too it taking the Micky tbh.

Had a call from a nice lady at bikesure, all sorted now. Thanks to whoever forward this to them, happily insured and back on my bike today!
