Is 001350 the same as P1350?

Featured Replies

My local garage has Ross-Tech's VCDS and my wife's 2008 PD140 Octavia Scout is showing an intermittent issue.

The glowplug light very briefly flashes on and off (literally a second) which is logging as 001350.

Using Tech1e's pinned thread at the top of the page can anyone confirm if this is the same as P1350?

Or is 001350 a different fault to P1350... 17758 P1350 Ignition Coil Power Output Stage 3 Open Circuit

I've suffered this same issue back in January, but with the addition of the EML (fault code: 008320). This was fixed by "repairing the wiring".

Now they are saying it's time to replace the sensor, although I'm not sure which sensor they are talking about. Here we determined that it was a temperature sensor...

Thanks, any idea on the sensor part number (G450, G235 etc.)?

I think I'm going to get the garage to replace it even though the fault is intermittent.

I wonder how much a new sensor is going to set me back!?
