Hi my name is Mike and I'm a skodaholic?

Hello all, just got a fabia which I'm pleased with except for its annoying habit of displaying the same fault signal for (hopefully) no reason. It's due to go to a dealer on Monday for checking so hopefully it'll soon be resolved. Found the forum as a result of looking on the net to try to find out whether fabia sensors are a bit trigger happy!

hello and welcome... some of the warning lights come on for unusual reasons (multi-functional) like, I've heard the glow-plug light comming on for when the high-level brake light is faulty! I'm sure the dealer will fix it :)

Thanks for that sharkrider, I'll be keeping various bits crossed in the hope that it is easily sorted!

Welcome to Briskoda. :D

If it is a genuine fault it should show up as an ecu error code
