Can anyone tell me why I get a electronic buzzing noise everytime I brake harder than normal?

It sounds like it is coming from under, and behind the steering colum.

I get this noise to under hard braking but i've got no idea why.

By the way, Leicester beat Sheffield Weds today 2-0.
