Hi folks. I've noticed that when driving our Yeti, I can occasionally here a fairly rapid clicking noise coming from behind the dash. It sounds a bit like a relay chattering rapidly for about 5 seconds or so, then it stops. I can only ever hear it when the climatronic is set to its lowest setting. It doesn't seem to do it with the climatronic set to off.

Hss anyone got any ideas what it might be?

Ps, its a 2012 yeti elegance 140 diesel..

Sounds like the HVAC unit needing calibration... Or sticking? Had this on my Octavia once.

Could be HVAC unit/motor sticking or out of calibration. Sometimes shows up on vcds scan.

There is a way to re-run the calibration by a button sequence press on the controls.

Just can't remember it at the moment...

I had a similar experience throughout the 10 years of owning my VW Touran. It occured when low speed on the fan was chose.
