Hi guys, recently got a 2001 1.9sdi fabia 248k mies.

 

PAS light keeps coming on, I have fixed the broken blue cable on the front of the gearbox this morning and took it out to get 2 new tyres yet the light still came on.

 

Steering feels better now ive done fixed that cable and lights have stopped dimming when parking but still feels as if there is little assistance after the light has come on (came on after 23mins, driving to the tyre place and then 2mins after putting some diesel in).

 

I am guessing Battery or Angle sensor now?
