Featured Replies

Hi i bought her start of June 2014. Was 3 days into a brand new MOT, brand new Koni coilovers setup, new water pump, new cambelt, aux belt, full service history. Combrake diverter valve. Stage 1 remap with some special plugs. Had 142,000 miles but ran smooth and quiet.

£1495 but knocked him down to £1200 as thats all i had in my pocket and had to get the car home 109miles away with only £20 petrol money. She managed it with plenty petrol left over for couple days :-)

I have since put on a pipercross viper filter £20

purchaced some red piping for engine bay including red pipe for crank case pipe - air filter

bought some satin black 18" wheels with 4 brand new tyres £150 then raised car 1/2 inch so no rubbing

Sprayed grille satin black

Double din sony xav-601bt £150

Seems like a nice car for the money you have there.  When the red is all polished up it really suits the vRS.  I'm not sure about the wheels though but again you paid a good price for them so fair play.

Forgot boost gauge, polybush dog mount, hid kit...... it was an expensive kit adjusted beam at mot station and have never been flashed. Also tested driving towards a few mates on different style roads and they all said no dazzle

Nice! Right colour too :D

Not a fan of the wheels but it looks nice though and I herd red ones are faster

True fact

I must say I'm not a fan of the wheels either but looks nice. We all seem to be buying red ones at the min

I knew red would come back in fashion 10 years ago when I bought mine!!

And red ones are faster, especially with all the goodies and a stage 2 map.

But they have to be kept bog standard looking just to p*ss of the badge snob expensive Merc drivers   :moon:

Exactly how mine is. Looks completely standard apart from the miltek exhaust poking out the back, you can't even see the fmic on it :D

Yeah mine too :D Totally standard apart from the lows and the 18s and the Milotec bits and the red Brembos and the load Piper exhaust and.... oh dear.

Open to swaps on the wheels if anybody interested. Fancy some 17" in black. Really like these wheels but just think 18s are too big :-(

Picked up my 17" gloss black team dynamics 1.2 today.

Only 3 wheels but great condition with 6.5mm on each tyre and only paid £55 in end.

Not a huge fan of black wheels myself, am looking for a white set but can't decide.
