Details:

Migliore's Original blend is a rich, pure Carnauba wax. Migliore contains 36% pure Brazilian carnauba combined with many other natural oils and waxes to produce outstanding shine and depth on all paint finishes. Migliore Original is easy to apply and remove, and leaves behind a dripping wet shine.

Carnauba is the king of waxes and the reason is clear when you use Migliore Original Blend. The high concentration of carnauba - among the highest available in a car wax - gives Migliore Original Blend tremendous depth. Reflections are mirror-sharp on a well-prepped vehicle.

Migliore Original Blend's thick formula can hide some light swirls or spiderwebs.

Technology....boom, it worked!

Good bargain, I had a pot of this, but gave it away. It's a pain to remove as it's very oily, it doesn't haze like most waxes, so apply & then wipe off. You will use many cloths as 1 wipe & then new cloth needed. Great sheeting though & it smells lovely.

Thanks for sharing.

Have never tried anything from Migliore and I missed out on the Frutta offer so thought I would give it a punt, I have read that they are oily but not that it can be a pain, I'll admit that I didn't research the wax as it was only £20.00.  I have been experimenting with my Brazilian Import which is WOWO and am not in love with that as an application method, my Nirvana is to work around the whole car and by the time I finish applying the last panel the first is good to buff.

I find some waxes that are difficult to work with often come with a reward in the end result though.  We will see

Of course some are just f****rs to work with because they're not very good.

It's nice & £20 it's a no brainer. Don't try & buff it off, just wipe it away in straight lines, as said make sure you have a lot of cloths. Also, deep pile cloths are no good, use short pile like the yellow ones from Costco. Enjoy.

Good find mark. Can't justify another wax at the moment.

But thanks for sharing.

Cheers for the advice, i just bought three new large plastic tubs to house my collection of MF which was spilling over in to shopping bags etc from the many sealed tubs I already have so shouldn't be an issue, no matter how many I use on a detail it always seems to manage to be less than a full washload when I'm done :)

Just trying my best to resist a cheeky offer in the personal sales for a 3/4 pot of raceglaze 55.

That is one that i am itching to try.

Not quite the same mark but I have the raceglaze 42 somewhere if you to try it?

If you don't mind me asking, are you a pro detailer Mr Monkey?

If you don't mind me asking, are you a pro detailer Mr Monkey?

No, I've been an avid enthusiast for about 15 years. I first got int it as I earnt a bit of pocket money helping a friends dad out in the days when cars were "mopped" lol. Since then I've been keen on detailing cars, I've spent £1000's on products, silly impulsive buys on some of them. I like to try stuff out, products have changed drastically. When I first started it was generally 3M & Autoglym. It's great that there are so many new companies around now.

I don't envy the pro's as there are a lot of cowboys out there that ruin their reputation.

Hope I got in in time.  Have sent £20 on the off chance.  Always nice to try something new.  Hopefully will be able to try it out on mate's Audi A3 when it comes to me next week for some luvvin'

I'm a little bit of a Cynic about the plethora of new small brands that are popping up simply because I know just how few factories there are in the UK producing this stuff.  Some people are literally just taking an "off the shelf" product and rebranding it with accompanying marketing.  Some are nice unique formula products but it takes some work to get through a range and find the gems.

You must have seen a million products which are basically coloured and scented APC branded for a million uses at £6-£12 a bottle and the cost of chemical in there is 5-10p

It is indeed a minefield.

Interesting titbit of information, I work for a company that makes flooring.  Autoglym is owned by Altro safety flooring who came into ownership of the company as someone gave them Autoglym to settle outstanding debts.

I agree with the new companies cropping up. Car-Chem make a lot of chemicals for the detailing industry. I suspect they supply a few companies who stick their own labels on & pass them off as the new line of products. It's like foam lances they are made by 2 companies one in Italy the other in China. But I reckon each detailing compasses them off as their own.

The raw chemical that goes in fall out removers is another one. It's very, very expensive and can only be bought in huge quantities. So again, IMO the NEW fallout remover sprays cropping up IMO are just a rebranded product from the likes of car-chem etc.

Yup and some companies are very stingy with the active ingredient too to maximise profit, whereas others will make a better product in the hope of winning over loyal detailing customers.

It was Car-Chem i had in mind in particular, they supply a lot of companies.  I think A-Chem also produce and offer OEM products to smaller brands.  Their own brand stuff is decent and hugely economical if you buy in bulk.

I have only recently just discovered Car Chem over the past year and I have been nothing but impressed. Plus they are only 1 mile away from my house! I order over the phone and it's made in house the same day.

I'm pretty sure Nano Pro is just rebranded Car Chem as the bottles and labels are virtually the same!!!!

What do you mean made? as in custom labels or are you commissioning custom products?

I had wondered exactly how new boutique type products came into being, I seem to have seen a shedload of brands even in my very short time aware of detailing that appear to be one man and his dog operations.  Couldn't Imagine them all being genius chemists.

Car Chem make all their products on site mate

So they are made to order
