I've had my Octavia mk4 for almost a year now and I'm looking for somewhere to get an annual service. For the previous 15 years I had an old vw bora and had been doing a basic yearly service myself, so I'm a bit out of touch with handing the car over to someone else. I was a bit miffed that the dealership I got the car from (rainworth skoda) did an "oil service" that didn't include a replacement filter when I purchased the car, so want to avoid the main dealers if possible. In 2022-2023 I had problems downloading the updates fro my Skoda Kamiq and eventually it had to go in to the dealers to be brought up to date - a four or five job on the computer. Dear Experts , Can anybody advice me what is the part about i.e side airbag or earthing ? This part is located near seat belt tensioner ( passenger front side on pillar of car,) two images are attached for info, image1 from YouTube shows big connector connecting two wires bit unclear picture, 2nd image is taken from my car shows some kind of adapter (843 ) not sure what it is connecting which is different from 1st image , not sure if any connection has been missed out to it is earthi

Hi all. About a month ago a picked up my first car, a 2016 Fabia. The dealership noted 'applied lubricant front window mechanism' Since driving it the past month, the window was become very squeaky!
