has anyone had experience with these? are they decent 330 quid sounds expensive do you get what you pay for?

Mine is an ECS stage 1 kit. Basically a G60 single mass flywheel and clutch if I recall.

 

Over here to buy the same kit from the dealer would be about $1600 or 800 quid.

 

It feels pretty much like the stock clutch, but a bit lighter. I'd recommend it.

Was urs the 14lb smf rob ?

Mine's the 21lb

I put the ECS stage 1 kit with 14lb flywheel on my previous Octavia which is now owned by my Dad is is still going strong. It coped no problem with the map I had on the car which was running 226bhp and 251lbft. Nice light pedal and no noise or vibration. My current Octavia now needs a clutch so I shall be purchasing the same again.

+1 for the ECS kit, been running the 14lb one for about 3 years with no problems.
