After getting new window regulators and door looms to fix the central locking, I don't fancy having no door membranes...

 

Any idea where I can get them from or should I just use a bin bag and gaffer tape it in place?

Or go down BnQ and get a roll of  1500 gauge damp course plastic... lot more rip resistant than a bin bag...
