As title suggests im after a new android tablet, i dont want apple and not keen on windows as its really for games, film watching and with so much choice on android id rather stay with it

ok back on topic, i have a cheapo chinese tab thats great on paper but in use keeps crashing so as ive won a few 100 notes i thought id buy something i normally wouldnt be able to afford

the nvidia one sounds superb but then i read about the new nexus 9 and android L and wonder should i wait? id prefer 7 or 8 inch (oh err misses) only as 10 is just too big

£200-£250 is enough for me to spend so any suggestions

 

so my main needs are, good for gaming, 7 or 8", either 32g or micro sd slot upgradable & as a min android 4.4 with hope of android L upgrade

I'd be tempted by the new 8" nVidia Shield tablet.

 

It has the new nVidia K1 Chipset so will be very hard to beat in terms of gaming performance on a tablet:
