First Impressions

Featured Replies

Hello everyone,

It's not a Citigo, but I've just bought a 12 plate Seat Mii Sport and I'm very impressed! I'd been 'lurking' on here for a while before buying and I found it a great source of info so I thought I'd say hello and post some first impressions of my new car.

Mine was first registered in May 2012, which I think makes it one of the earliest 'triplets'. This is confirmed by the lack of 'hill hold', which I believe only became standard after the car had been on sale for a few months.

I was worried I would find it slow, however so far I've not found the performance lacking at all! It cruises so quietly on the motorway for such a small car that I've found myself travelling faster than intended on a few occasions.

Spec wise the Mii Sport gets the 75ps engine, lowered suspension (15mm I think), front fog lights, privacy glass and a gloss grey dashboard panel similar to the Citigo Sport. It misses out on the bodykit and natty red seats of the Citigo Sport though!

I'm keen to get some features (autolocking and cornering fogs) activated through VCDS and this forum has been great by posting relevant codes!

Does anyone know if it's possible to activate 'hill hold' through VCDS? I'm guessing it's just a feature of the ESP that needs activated?

Thanks!
