I had the same problem, they replaced the entire anti roll bar under warranty.

Fabia went in for its 30K serivce the other week. 18 months old. Was informed of a leaking CV, worn anti Roll bar bush and broken rear screen yet. Then told the parts had been ordered and will be replaced under warrenty. Nothing said about wear and tear. Just we'll let you know when their in. Cars since been in had the parts replaced and had to sign a form which had a list of all the warrenty work.

Think I would kick up a fuss if I was you :confused:

ARB and bushes on octy changed under warranty.

I will imagine when they contact Skoda it wil be paid for, sounds like the dealer is being a little over cautious.

Had mine done under warranty, no questions asked, about 3 months before it finished.

Try another stealer...sorry dealer, no consistency.
