Matt Smith was building a customers Ultima with tuned Corvette LS motor, say a modest 650+hp.

There are versions safe at 2,000hp (allegedly).

Probably a bit too much for most.

Nelson Racing Engines (lots of utube clips) produce beautiful, if you like billet, and totally streetable engines from 1,000hp up.
