I've been hearing a lot of good things about this driveclub, Im tempted to go buy a ps4 at the end of this month.... Decisions decisions.....

First impressions are good but not absolutley stunning yet. Not sure it's worth buying a console just for this, but if you fancied one anyway....

I'm toying with buying this later instead of F1 2014 on my PS3 when that comes out next week.

A few mates mentioned you can drive around in a group and simply tour America, that's what caught my eye at first.

I'm just going to buy it....if its pants I will just trade it in when Project Cars is released next month.

It's released today on disc and it's not bloody well been posted! I can't cancel it either so not shelling out for the digital copy yet. So the wait continues.........

Managed to get a copy on my way home from work. Initial thoughts are good. Graphically awesome, cars sound great. Shame the servers are down. My PSN name is badgerface1989 for anyone who fancies a race/setup a club

I think that's The Crew not Driveclub. Driveclub is a track based racer.

Is the game play like gt? Im waiting for gt7 on ps4 to buy a ps4.

It's mid way between a more serious driving sim like GT and an arcade style racer like NFS or Burnout.

Probably most similar to PGR in terms of feel.

Annoyingly, they are still having issues with the multiplayer servers so I've just been on the single player so far.

It is very much like Project Gotham racing, but without the lovely garages to store your cars in. :-(

GT7 will be a long way off, in the mean time you have Drive Club and Project Cars which comes out next month! I am enjoying the game so far, it's just frustrating I can't take it online yet.

Club joined! I'm enjoying the single player game as the online is very unstable at the moment. I'm am getting a bit passed off with the points system though!!!! Winds me up when you lose points for vehicle contact and it's the **** behind you who's hit you!

The game is good but apart from joining the Briskoda club I've not done much online play. Loving the BMW M5, the sound from the exhaust is uncanny to real life. First game I've played that have recreated the dirty German V8 noise

Yeah it's a good car, gotta love a dirty great german barge that's tail happy! Lol

Servers seem a little better after todays patch. Online races are still a no go, but Club related stuff seems better and more stable.

 

Zoidberg, we need a better livery and club logo! :sun:

The last couple of times I went online I couldn't get into the club settings, plus the only symbols that were unlocked at Level 1 were pants. Shame we can't get a Brisky B logo.

If I can get back in today I'll see if I can improve matters.
