I have had a look on the forum but couldn't see anything similar to my symptoms, although there are other boot related problems.

 

  • Fob opens all doors and boot
  • Fob locks all doors but not boot, boot can be locked with the key using the boot lock

I have had the same problem for 18months. After replacing the motor, the lock and the loom it turns out the be the CCU that controls the locking etc..

Get a multimeter and test the connections at the boot

Arse just changed the CCU to fix the indicator light staying on!

Was the boot working before the ccu change?

Yes as far as I can remember, and I dont think I have binned the original one, so will change it out and see if it works.
