Hi. I upgraded my standart sound system on Superb(2011) with a subwoofer and amplificator. After that, on Columbus on Tone menu in sound settings for "balance-fader" option, the "fader" option is gone. Now, there only exists "balance" option. How can i bring back the "fader" option and solve this problem?

Fader options are disabled/enabled with either VCDS or one of the RNS service tools. You need to change the settings when the unit is connected to a sound system. Not sure if you'll be able to get the fader back or not if the unit is connected to an amp / subwoofer system (I've never tried).

If you have coded the columbus with the sound system option then the fader and balance options are removed. Reason being that the OEM sound system does this instead so the HU balance and fader options are no longer needed in the columbus. When you access the sound settings with the factory sound system what you see on screen is being sent from the external amp via canbus and not the columbus.
